        Joe came out on 3-17-2022 - yes, 2022, to give me an estimate on a large yard project. He measured, took notes, etc. Said he would get in touch with me in a couple weeks. Guess what? Here it is 2 YEARS later and I have never heard back from him. He can go blow.

        I was in need of stairs out my sliding glass door and wanted composite decking boards. Transou Services did an amazing job and they look great! Above all they were professional and extremely honest from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!

        Very professional company. They repaired our brick stairs and other areas that needed attention. This job was not an easy fix! It looks just as if it was newly installed. They showed up when they said they would, we couldn't be more pleased. Service: Walkway landscaping

        Hi Genny, I'm sorry you feel this way. I promise that was never my intention, to just blow you off. As I'm sure you can imagine 2022 was our pilot year and as all companies have growing pains, we were not immune to those as well and a lot of things unfortunately did slip through the cracks as we were first starting out, and I am terribly sorry for this. Now that we are much more established and I am no longer working a second full time job and have my wife and a full time employee working beside me, I would love the opportunity to make it right with you. Again I am so sorry that I let this happen and would love the opportunity to make right. Have a wonderful day.
