        Blooms on Elm and Quinta have excellent communication skills and do an amazing job on all wedding details. She did our wedding in the fall of 2023 in October. Our flowers consisted of a bride's bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, wristlets from grandmothers and moms, boutonnieres, larger arrangements for the church and reception, and cake decorations. All were simple, elegant, and beautiful, exactly what we were looking for in our flowers. They complimented the dresses and suits. When we stopped in the shop to chat she always knew the details of our wedding and asked any questions even the ones we did not think of at times. She is willing to travel, our wedding was in Aurora, IL. Very reasonable prices. Quinta is an expert florist who truly shows how passionate she is about her job. Her knowledge is incredible and she taught us about new flowers that we fell in love with during the process. I will be going to Quinta anytime I need flowers for any event.         Great to work with! Quick delivery, BEAUTIFUL arrangement and they also accommodated a last minute request to shared a picture of the my order even after it was on route to be delivered.

        If giving the option, I wouldn't give any stars. I ordered, paid for 2 Roses to be delivered to a funeral on Monday, August 8th, 20022 before the 10 a m. Service since I couldn't be there, I'm in Wisconsin. They didn't get there till the middle of the service. One of those roses was to be put in the casket and that DIDN'T happen!! Now I get to regret that for the rest of my life. Very unhappy As it turns out I contacted the owner she apologized and refunded my money. I was also informed the flowers were beautiful. I've changed my review
