        Wouldn't recommend being first job of the day. Was charged $300 for first hour they were getting trucks. Was unaware that I would have to pay for that. Thought I only had to pay for the time they were here trimming tree and clean up, which actually was about 2 hrs. Was pleased with the outcome of the work. Was told $300 an hour. Work took about 2 hours, not 3 hours that I had to pay for. Weren't even here 3 hours.

        We had a very positive experience with Joe and his team, they were all extremely nice and professional. We truly appreciated the great care the team took not to tear up our yard, and Joe was very knowledgeable about the health of our trees and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend them!

To perhaps clear up any confusion, let me clarify a few points. As a respectable and ethically upright business, there are some things we must perform. Examples of this include making sure our personnel and the public are safe by performing our pre-trip vehicle checks before we arrive at your location. Our job safety briefing serves as another illustration. coning/dividing spaces to protect the public. Thus, we take this into consideration in our estimate. We sincerely regret any misunderstanding this may have caused. It appears that you were satisfied with the finished product and were charged the amount specified in the estimate.
