        Called to get information about a trip that my family of 9 are wanting to take in November, the lady took all my information (phone number and email). I was told I was going to get a call and or email about how the process works, sadly to say I never got a single thing! I dont know if she knows that she is not the only agency around, but I did call other locations and like expected, I received numerous calls, links, email, etc. I tried using local businesses since I do live in Plainfield. I did use her competitor and booked our family trip. Hope she reads her reviews so she doesnt loose any more business. But the best advertisement is word of mouth.
