This is a FAKE business. They take your info and schedule an appointment but never show up or call. Then when you call back to ask why they stood you up, they dont even know who you are. Stay away from this scam.

Dealing with Troy was a NIGHTMARE!! I called to request a quote on Monday, was told they would be out Tuesday. Called Tuesday - No one had shown. Wednesday I was told I would be provided with the quote Thursday. Called Thursday - was told by Troy he would send it in 5min. Called again - would not answer my call. TERRIBLE customer service!!

Terrible "company". Emailed them and got no response. Called and set up an apt window and nobody showed up. I called and they said he is running about an hour late. Waited 90 min and nobody showed up. Called again and was told I would be called back in 5min. Never got a call.

Called and talk to Troy about doing work at my home. He gave me an estimate over the telephone. Called him couple days later and he scheduled to come to my home for repair. Gave him my name and address, he already had my telephone number. Guess what? No show no call. Called him again and he had no excuse and I had to give him my address AGAIN but he stated someone will be out the very next day. Guess what? By 4:30pm no call and no show. I called him up and he said his workers are on the clock til 7pm and someone was still coming. Guess what? NO ONE SHOWED AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM. BAD BUSINESS!!!!
