        Ray was great, took out our old faucet off which was rusted on and put on the new one. Great work and the best price.

        After playing phone tag for about a week or so (edit, took a month to get a "date" for them to come out. First message was September 13th, appointment date was October 21st and never heard from again), finally had a date set for them to come out for an estimate. They never came. Never called, never showed up. Extremely frustrating since I took the day off of work to be home all day and available for them to stop by. Haven't even heard from them since.
