        Doctor was impatient and rude while I tried to get my contacts in, and eventually jammed his finger in my eye. I never went back. Response: It was Dr. Tuel. I remeber leaving angry, thinking What a tool.

      Hi Glenn. It looks like we haven't seen you in our office since 2015. If there were any issues or concerns at that time, we would've liked to have known so we could address them with you. Are you sure you're not confusing us with another office? Our doctor doesn't work with patients getting contacts in and out....our opticians do that.
