Carmen Cabrales is extremely good at her job! She helped me a great deal in my process of purchasing my first home. Carmen was very helpful throughout my search and very friendly! She was also very reliable as well as responsive to any questions I had! I never had any issues reaching her about anything I needed her for because she answered every phone call and responded to every text in a timely manner. I dont think I couldve worked with a better realtor than Carmen and I 110% recommend her to anyone who wants their home search to be a positive experience!

My husband and I used Carmen to both buy our new home, as well as sell our old. Carmen was quick to provide us a search with the requests we had given, and setting up appointments to view houses. When finding our home, she was able to put forth our offer promptly, ensuring our bid was within current market value, and continued following up with the sellers agent as the home was in high demand. Upon confirming our bid was accepted, Carmen provided more than satisfactory lawyer, contractors, and home inspection contacts. Throughout the entire buying process she kept up on any questions and communication with the sellers realtor making certain we were comfortable with our decision. Once it came time to list our old property, she did the same, advising on the right amount per the market and looking out for our best interest through the sale.
