My family and I have been to Southern Belles many times and I loved going there - but not anymore. I went with a friend last week and found two pieces of eggshell in my omelette, with one piece being big enough to see. I spoke directly to the manager about the issue and she refused to do anything about it on the basis that the food is made from scratch and that happens sometimes.Whats worse is that the manager was incredibly rude about it and offered nothing - not to remake the omelette or to provide a discount or remove the meal from the bill. This instance on its own wouldnt have been a big deal had the manager not been so unprofessional. This experience was disappointing because I used to love this place but now have no desire to go ever again. So to all those considering eating here: eat at your own risk and just know that if you find anything wrong in your food - an eggshell, piece of hair, a bug - youll just have to deal with it because their food is made from scratch.
