I trained here for over five years and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Everyone who attends is a great person and the instructor makes sure that everyone learns at least one thing before leaving. My children have attended Chikara Martial Arts Academy since it opened. Sensei Ross Greenberg is everything I have ever looked for in a Sensei for my family, with a blend of traditional philosophy and modern techniques. I've even attended, and will return to training as soon as I complete my degree. I have never seen any dojo equal Chikara.

When I first started training at Chikara Martial Arts, I was a very quiet and meek individual. Now I am strong in spirit and confident in my abilities. Though I hope that I never have to use the techniques I learned, I have been able to apply the concepts in my everyday life. I am able to maintain my focus while taking command of a situation. Sensei Ross Greenberg is a rare find; he is teacher who genuinely cares about his students and their wellbeing.

Amazing instructor, great learning environment. Classes are a lot of fun and you learn something new every lesson. Great price too.
