They decided to stop servicing our area as they merged with another co. Ok, no problem. Had thought about looking for another company anyway because the service just wasnt what it used to be. BUT, no one bothered to notify us they werent going to service the area. I was requesting a quote for an additional service and was then told. How disrespectful to long term customers to not even notify them.

They did a really good job with the landscaping for our house - the work was done quickly and looks great. We even ran into a minor issue and they went above and beyond to remedy the situation...definitely would recommend them/use them again. We will use American Lawn & Landscape again! They did an excellent job for some custom work that we needed prior to having them install mulch. The result including the final mulch installation was above our expectations. The crew arrived on time on the expected day . They listened closely to some special requests and then delivered exactly what we wanted. The crew was hard working and very pleasant. And our landscaping looks brand new again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! American Lawn always does a great job of cutting my grass. However, this year they trimmed the hedges. Another great job. At the last minute I called to have my mulch refreshed before an event I was having and they came out right away. Outside of their normal rotation.
