        Ive been calling trying to cancel my policy and emailing them trying to cancel my policy because of $800+ taken from my account without me noticing and nobodys answered and it seems they dont plan on refunding me

        Very satisfied with this agency, called no answer, didnt leave a message was pleasantly surprised got a call back, saw my number on the caller ID, I switched to this agency because I would call my other agency leave several messages, when they finally answered most times couldnt help, saying someone would call me back, I love Shkurte very helpful and pleasant.
