Shannon and John are the best. We visited a lot of builders and no one comes to close to their level of customer service. The home is perfect and we couldnt be happier. The quality of construction is amazing. Some other builders you could tell they only cared about being cheap and this was not the case with Olthof Homes. Wouldnt recommend anyone else. They truly care. Shannon was by far the best sales rep we worked with for a multitude of reasons. 10/10 for them and Olthof.

Updated Review 1/1/20! We moved in 3 months ago and within a couple of days, ended up having a leak from upstairs bathroom into kitchen. Repair and drywall repair took 2 months! A huge hassle but it's like the damage never happened. Homes are beautiful, but the company is slow to repair.

We absolutely love our new home built by Olthof. The process was easy, thanks to Shannon and John. It was like you were working with family. We loved how each model was setup, it was a great experience picking our favorite features. Even against a pandemic, they were able to complete our home in a timely fashion. The years of experience definitely shows, we love the dedication. Any questions or concerns we had were always answered. If you are looking for a new home in the area, Olthof is worth the look!
