        Superior Customer Service! Steve at GPN has one thing in mind and that's keeping his customers happy. I texted him at 4am (I was not not happy at the time) when my power went out and my generator did not turn on. I didn't expect a return text until breakfast but Steve was at my house by 4:30am! It was dark, cold and he was out there diagnosing the issue because he's all about customer service. Mechanical things break down and stuff happens. I get that and it does suck when it happens. How a company responds is most important to me. Get Power Now puts their customers first! If you're looking to get a whole house generator or back up power supply for your home or office I would recommend GPN to anyone.
