We had our deck removed and put in a concrete patio- that wrapped around side - w service walkway . We added a few projects and we couldn’t be happier w the finished look - Neil is a great guy that is straight forward - he has a passion for this kind of work and u can tell. From start to finish Neil kept me informed of the jobs. We will look to hire him again if we can think of something to do. Support our small business guys. ! They are tough workers in the crazy world they are up against - Thank you again Neil - ! You are a stand up guy :) 😀

Neil, owner of Fowlers Concrete, came out to look at the jobsite, review the architecture plans for a new driveway. We agreed on a price. 1 week into the job, he decided the architect did not know what he was doing, so changed the village approved plans. When we insisted on keeping the driveway as approved by the village, he doubled the agreed upon contract price. When we did not agree with this increase, he walked off the job and kept $5K of our money, leaving us with a gravel, yes gravel, driveway. The little amount of work completed did not justify keeping $5K, so we are taking him to court and filing a BBB report.

We recently had our old patio removed and a new patio put in by Fowler Concrete. Neil and John did a wonderful job, and we love our new stamped patio! Prices were reasonable and the design looks amazing!

Called Fowlers twice wanting a bid for a shed slab. No return call. To small a job? Two thumbs.
