Mike was so easy to work with. I called several companies and left messages to all of them. Mike was the ONLY one that called back the same day. Im glad he was the only one that did because he was very flexible and came to conduct a radon test on my home the same day!. When Mike came to pick up the radon test from our home, he was punctual and was super friendly. He answered all of my questions/concerns and made the entire process seamless. I received the report a few hours after he picked up the radon test. Everything was so quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Mikes services!

I was setup with a home inspector thru my realtor team and upon further review I was not thrilled to use them. I went searching thru help and good and came across Smart Choice and it was indeed a smart choice! Mike was prompt with scheduling and super friendly! Again he was super prompt in arriving and very professional yet friendly. He went they his process and got straight to work, he did a full inspection of literally anything and everything and noticed things I would have never noticed on my own. Upon completion of the inspection he walked myself and realtor thru the home to point out what he found along with recommended actions to take place. We further sat down went back thru everything and he provided me with contacts should I need them and offered to be at my disposal should I have further questions or concerns! I would recommend him to anyone. My realtor even took his information to further recommend to other clients! Definitely worth it for me!

Mike was flexible on scheduling and made it easy to set up an appointment. He is extremely thorough and is genuinely concerned with detailing every issue with the home. We are not the most savvy people when it comes to things like construction, and Mike was happy to answer all of our questions. He sent the resulting report in under 24 hours. The report is really cool: It's comprehensive, easy-to-read and nicely illustrated with photos. I'm sure there are other good home inspectors but Mike is our go-to guy. 100% recommendation.
