        I just purchased a 2024 Subaru Forester from Hawk Subaru. Chad was very helpful and patient with me. I can't say enough good things about him. It took less than 2 1/2 hours to complete everything including the test drive and the paperwork. That has never happened to me before at a dealership. This was my first time at Hawk Subaru and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

        All of the service reps make me feel like they appreciate my business. Always friendly and explain the service in detail. Waiting area is open with a large tv, coffee and usually snacks. They make getting service as painless as possible!

        Bought car in 23. First oil change went well, but when returned home found dent on hatch in back of car. I know it was from HAWK because I only do pickup for groceries and pretty much don't leave car and don't drive often. I am on disability so I park in handicap parking. I only have less than 5000 miles on the car. Did mention it, but of course no reply. I believe it was from the wash after the oil change. If I do return I will never get it washed again .

Robert Crane and sales manager Rocco worked with me to painlessly realize the upgrade from a limited Crosstrek to a Wilderness Crosstrek. I Could not have asked for more. It was a real pleasure working with the staff at Hawk Subaru.
