    I was quoted a price for my vehicle by Josh, and we landed on a deal. As discussed, I dropped by vehicle off this past Monday morning and by the evening, I received a call from Robert stating that I was incorrectly quoted and there would be an additional $1,050 charge. The work had not even begun, this was simply from Roberts perspective. I cant speak to the quality of their work, due to picking up my vehicle the following morning, as I do not prefer to do business with folks who give out incorrect information. It would be one thing if the work begun and something unexpected came up, but to have the vehicle sitting there an entire day before contacting me tells me that customer service is not a priority for them. A company name is a brand and they did not show up as a brand I would like to do business with.

    Contours is awesome! I had to have a pretty large scrape repaired from someone side swiping my car, and it turned out great. It looked brand new and the color matched perfectly. I was initially skeptical because his quote was less than half of what two other places quoted me, but I heard great things about their work and they definitely exceeded my expectations. It was also a very quick turn around time and the final price was exactly what he quoted - no surprises. I was so impressed that I took my car back there for a new issue. I initially took it to the dealer since it's still under warranty, but since the rear windshield fluid line was chewed up by an animal, it wasn't covered. The dealer said they did a temporary fix, but there was fluid all over my cabin, so I took it right to Contours. Robert was so nice and helpful. He got my car in on the spot and put in a temporary fix until the can get the part in.

    We have used Contours on a couple of different occasions and we have had such a great experience. Most recently our son was involved in a hit and run a week before he was due to go back to school. Contours worked hard to get the repairs done in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I can understand you’re frustrated, but when you don't bring the whole scope of work to us. There can be discrepancies. You told Josh we would be using new parts. That was not the case. Secondly we gave a quote, which is not an invoice. You wanted custom work, so it not a simple bring the car back to factory specifications. You had aftermarket parts you wanted us to fabricate. So, yes I do ask for lenience. The fact is we did not do any work until we got your approval. Body fabrication is expensive. We stand with our customer and care for their happiness. You can further discuss the matter if you choose by calling the shop. Sorry we could not make you happy. Management
