on 10/16/22 I paid Per work order 168908 to have my 2013 Hyundai Elantra front and rear brakes replaced and rotors . This job cost me 965.48 only to have it fall apart not even 2 years later. On 3/8 my car starts making this awful crunch noise when I press on my breaks. I leave it parked until I can get it in to have a friend look at. When driving to this location my caliper comes loose and just hangs scraping the inside of my wheel. When I get to the Garage the person takes off my wheel to inspect the side that was making the noise only to find I am missing a brake pad and the caliper is in fact hanging lose. Upon Further inspection he discovers I do not have a piece for the Bolt which is why the Caliper came loose. Upon further inspection he noted that Whoever worked on my car did not Torque the bolt, thus causing the issue I had. Upon further inspection of the other tires, it is the same story, none of the Bolts had been Torqued. For 900 dollars this kind of job should be handled by technician who is competent. This couldve been a terrible accident for me. My brakes kept seizing and eventually I lost the ability to fully brake.
