I can say I was absolutely blown away by my experience here. Normally I file my own taxes, but I realized I was out of my depth on a few points this year and wanted to get some additional support. I was a walk-in appointment (as all scheduled blocks were full), and they still took the time to see me. I was able to sit down with Mr. Sharpe, and he quickly provided me with the guidance I needed and answered all the questions I had in an approachable and understandable manner (which for taxes is saying something!) His expertise and demeanor were excellent, and I definitely plan to return in future years. Overall, the environment was warm and open (with a comfortable waiting room), and the staff were incredibly accommodating and cooperative. If I'd known there were services like this, I would have skipped personally doing my taxes years ago!
