        Beware: This location is considered a "hospital building," so you will be billed for the individual and the location. My 5 minute mandatory annual conversation cost me $500. Them:"how are things going?" Me: "great. I need to find a new supplier though." Them: "cool, let's walk across the hall." Billing will do nothing. Insurance will do nothing. I am stuck with the bill because nobody told me it was considered a hospital building and they pulled up my info.

        had an issue with my referral and got a call back within minutes with one of the managers. She was so compassionate with me and caring. I believe her name was Megan. They are booked out but honestly if everyone is as kind and caring as Megan, I can 1000% see why.

        Was setup with a "non network provider" I have had several other appointments covered by my BCBS insurance at OSF. They refuse to take ownership for their mistake. I'm done with OSF! I have never had billing issues with Unity Point.

        I was told the same thing as I read on internet.Very disappointing they didn't take insomnia as a disabling disease. A true insomniac needs help,unfortunately you will not find it there.
