We had our plaster wall fixed by Todd and Tony. They were beyond professional, answered any questions, and even helped fix some things they werent there for that didnt take long. They go above and beyond! Would highly recommend Restoration Builders of Illinois

Someone came to bid roof on Feb 1st. Told exactly what we needed and wanted and left some ideas for costs savings to the contractor. After repeated messages, phone calls and call to the main company, I finally got a text on February 15th stating he'd been busy and would get the bid within a day or 2. Received the bid on the 16th and not one bit of it was what was discussed and left out the KEY estimates we were looking for. I responded to the email itemizing what we needed and added a couple changes on the 16th. Haven't heard anything back since. Today's the 27th. Guess the almost 40k estimate wasn't worth their time. Don't waste your time. Far too overpriced and definitely do not care about their customers. What a waste of time I spent on them.

Mike Caldwell, Craig Nelson and Greg Switzer very polite and professional. They knew what to do and did a outstanding job. Made our room 100 percent better. Looks fantastic. If I ever need work done again I hope I get these 3 guys again.
