        Dont even know if this is a real hospital never answers phone horrible service . Management needs to be written up to have this many 1 star reviews for a hospital sad

        Rude staff. Called to make an appointment, extremely hard to get through. I probably called 8 times before I spoke with someone. Came in for appointment was told I wasnt authorized to be seen by them (work comp situation) staff proceeded to be extremely rude in their tone and questioned my injuries. I could hear staff talking amongst themselves regarding my situation while I was sitting in the lobby stating I wasnt actually in pain. Overall experience was terrible coming from a corporation that supposedly serves with the greatest love and care.
