My family member is living at the willows..I have to wear a mask because the smell is so bad ...the bed sheet is dirty and so are the rooms

This place deserves ZERO stars and needs to be shut down given the Executive director and Executive director of nursing and some staff members. Bottom line: Dont place your family member in their care. Move them to a LTC facility even if means driving an hour or more to visit. We did have a loved one live there for over 20 years because nothing else exists for the serious mentally ill. Staff cusses at residents, do not answer the phone, and the executive nurse and psychiatrist are unethical, to put it mildly. The place is filthy with urine smell in hallway, AND suspicious exchanges between therapy assistants and residents. A year ago, the psychiatrist prescribed psychotropic meds without looking at drug interactions, then executive nurse and dr did not monitor for serious side effects, which landed our family member in ER multiple times and no communication that the meds were creating increased negative behaviors. The labs indicated toxicity levels 3x the average range! It was too late. He had passed out and broke his hip, suffering cognitive deficits. We got him placed outta this place, thankfully. So please run, dont walk from Sharonwoods and all Woods facilities in Peoria area!
