The only reason I give this less stars is because of the atmosphere and they do have decent employees. However the person I got was awful. The worst experience I've had an what's sad is I let them know I haven't had a pedicure in 10 years and unsure of the process and they stick me with some older lady that wouldn't speak to me or gently nudge which foot she needed. She grabbed my aggressively.I watched carefully as I was with a friend getting the same thing and 4 other people at the same time. Observing the treatment that other people recieved compared to what I got was infuriating to say the least. My toes hurt, I didn't get the full exfoliating of these momma feet which I told them I had a bit of calls and was the main focus but apparently didn't matter.i guess they call it the cheese grater which I greatly needed I never got that or was asked. I got the bare minimum rough sponge. The "leg massage" was extremely rough far from relaxing. She dug into my cuticles and even after motioning please stop. When she was done she went to painting, I noticed everyone had the things between their types as well as the flip flips so you can rest you legs back down. She left my legs up in the air over the stool, no flip flops no towel down, mind you my feet are slippery and the foot rest is leather. She has the rest up so high my feet were above my hips which I have bad hips. Again very uncomfortable. She gets up saying nothing so Then I think oh maybe she went to go get me some sandals. Good thing I brought my own. I sat in that chair for 5 minutes I had to hang my legs off the side of the water bowl and not enjoy the rest of my chair massage. I had no idea if she was coming back or not so I just got up.Mind you, EVERYONE GOT THE SANDALS except for me. The entire experience was awful. The only silver lining was that the manager took half off. I never received the same treatment as the people around me that also got the basic pedicure. I was in tears, I never do anything for my self like this being a mom. I would come back for a different tech any day. It seems like it's a nice and relaxing place and the techs around me all seemed so nice and smiling. I'm not asking for conversation or for this person to do above and beyond. Just the basic, care minimum. My feet and legs hurt and feel worst then when I came in
