        Everyone involved with Flat Branch Home Loans was incredible! Shopping for a home loan even when your credit is good is ridiculously hard and let me tell you, there are some "used car salesmen"-esque lenders where after 10 min you just need a shower and a reaffirmation that life is not this. Getting Natalie Storm on the phone was like fresh air! Not only is she so knowledgeable, she's compassionate, comprehensive and SO patient! i had thousands of questions through this whole process and no matter what time or how many she was there for all of them. Natalie took the time to understand my situation and my needs and kept on top of every step to the point that she anticipated some of my questions and even more of my panicked "why am i getting this message???" responses to some things. If you are in the market, Flat Branch is the place to be and Natalie is the guide you want!
