Words cannot express how awesome this team is! Especially Cathy Algas and Stacy Schmitz. They both were the sweetest, most understanding, and trustworthy realtors we could have ever asked for. Stacy Schmitz was there from the very beginning to the very end and beyond. She was available for any of our questions or concerns, day and night! She was reliable, prompt, honest, and very knowledgeable! Any question we had, she had an answer. She always gave her honest opinion when we asked for it and truly made this process a breeze! I can't think of any other realty duo that could top these two gals! Cathy and Stacy are truly the best in the Central Illinois area and I would refer them in a heartbeat to any of my friends and family! Started as a realtor ended as friends. :)

Cathy Algas is a real estate agent who has the ability to match the house to the buyer!! We had sold our house in 4 days out of state so we were in a crunch to find a home. Cathy was referred to us by my finance company. Not only did she work with our schedule, she took the time to find us the perfect mid-century home in a neighborhood that we love!! No details whether big or small were overlooked She has integrity and is a go-getter for her clients!! I will use her again and again! Thank you Cathy!!!
