The people here are nice enough but this place is a joke. I had to pay $500 for a letter of diagnosis for gender dysphoria and I was misgendered and deadnamed throughout, even AFTER I responded to a draft letter with corrections. No attention to detail and you really feel like you're just a paycheck at the end of the day.

Dr. Chapin is very unprofessional, and I am speaking from personal experience. While I would like to share details, he treated me in a manner that makes me reluctant to be on his "bad side." So, I will have to leave it at this, and hope that people will exercise caution before choosing him as a doctor. This note is regarding Dr. Chapin only. I can't speak for the other staff.
