I'm very disappointed that you guys are letting go Dr Victoria Payne it is very upsetting and ridiculous she's the best doctor very polite kindly responsible and always there for her patience. Y'all going to lose a lot of patience due to this action. me and my family and friends are here is because of her I had never had a doctor that listens to you treat you the way you posed to be treated and feels welcome here. Also very understanding.

This place has the worst communication services I have ever had. Got a call 3 days ago from you guys saying to call you back. Never said why or anything. Have been trying to call for 3 days now 4 or 5 times each day and it sends you to an automotive system that send u to the heartland number where u sit on the line and listen to music for over an hour. And abso no one picks up. Don't understand why noone can answer the phone when there's 6 people or more in that building Everytime I go. U guys need to get a better telephone service cause it's ridiculous. Hope it's nothing serious with my tests or anything wrong because they didn't say what was wrong just to call back but nooone seem to want to answer the phone at all.

On the website, it does say that you guys accept walk-ins throughout the day but I come in and apparently you guys do not. I need to see a doctor and i just needed to see if what Im experiencing is normal as a pregnant woman since this is my first and I dont know what to expect not to mention I have an appointment here next Thursday so I figured I could come abs see a doctor here before I go to the ER and the first person that I come across is a woman who looks like she could be doing something better than dealing with people who need help its a black girl with a silver tooth in her mouth and she needs a spit shine to her attitude because she was disrespectful. She made a comment all these damn people where do you think youre working at??? lol at a healthcare location. I just need some help and youre talking to people like that. What is your problem? After I told them what the website says there was a nicer woman next to her who answered my question about them not having walk-ins until five and then the black girl asked me what are you experiencing because I mentioned I just need to talk to a doctor before I go to the ER so youre having symptoms what are you experiencing? Id rather not say out loud but thanks.. how do you work in a facility like this and talk to people like that make them feel like theyre a bother Im pregnant and Im concerned for the health of my child. This is my first pregnancy and I dont know what to expect a lot from the people that you have working at the desk at this establishment I hope to see her next time I come in there because I will avoid her at all costs, I work in customer service and I wouldnt be surprised whatever other person shes made feel that way, like theyre a bother. The fact that I already didnt wanna come here for my appointment next week. Well see if my review changes.

Everything is excellent. Inside, that is. The outside of the building is littered with loose garbage everywhere. No custodian?
