Called multiple times and Im waiting for 30 minutes still no answer. When I finally got through to someone I asked for medication to be refilled and after 3 days still no refill.

There were a few people waiting, so it took about an hour and 20 minutes to be seen, but all of the staff were very sweet and caring. I had to get stitches in my thumb and doctor Katy Northcutt was very good, told me everything that was going on the whole time while my head was turned, and stitched me up quick. They also noticed my tetanus shot was due so they went ahead and did that while I was there. Im glad they said something or I wouldnt have known! Thank you ladies.

We called to get a strep throat test. The receptionist- after being on hold 30 minutes- said they cant do a strep test if youve had a positive Covid test- which we did 3 days ago. The strep is an additional bonus I guess. Anyway they were completely useless. Drove to OSF Urgo- walked right in and they tested and helped. Unity Point isnt prompt or express or even care. They are just there but completely ineffective.

Ive come twice now for the vaccine and theyve managed to screw it up twice. If you want your time wasted and want to come to an appointment and not have what they said theyd have available for you, this is a great place to go! First time the new girl scheduled me on a day they werent giving the vaccine, second time they ran out and didnt bother to tell me until I waited 10 minutes to get it. Expect to have your time wasted.
