        Beware if you are a new patient and get a blood differential done for Graves Disease. We were billed $800+ for. And just got off the phone with billing and they said it was probably not paid by insurance because of how it was written up and billed. But nothing they can do about that now. I am never taking my wife or myself to OSF again. Looks like Carle Health will appreciate our business.

        Ive had good experiences with this office in the past but this year has been an awful. The staff as well as Dr. Sfier have been ridiculous. They recently cancelled my appointment for the second time because I asked a question in MyChart. Incredibly disappointed how theyve handled such a simple ask.
