        Think I'll go to the dmv. Too many bad reviews about rudeness and wait times. And some about racism. No business should have reviews like any one of those. Especially family owned ones. These people arent just making these things up. Family owned businesses that have been around a long time typically have those issues. They get comfortable and get easily agitated. Plus, the dmv doesn't upcharge at all.

      There are also alot of 5 star reviews. it looks like you have never been to our store or tried it out for yourself. but its your opinion and thats fine . too. maybe you should change your energy and give us a try atleast. somtimes people leave negative reviews when thier paperwork doesnt go the way they want it to. we still have to follow the laws of illinois.
