      After 8 years all papers are shredded per applicable laws. The only paperwork to be delivered was the deed transferring Tom's husband Alan's share of a property to the other owner. It was delivered to his husband Alan. All clients are given copies of papers filed with Courts. Also any paperwork produced for a client is given to the client. It is up to them to maintain there own records. Tom and his husband Alan were friends of ours. 90% of the work done for them was Pro Bono, at no charge. Therefore we could not overcharge.
