I have not been to the office, but the cust service people,i have spoken to on the phone have been polite and helpful. Prices continues to rise for product's and services, yet thats the extreme world we inhabit.

Jessica is a liar and needs to be fired for her incompetence and condensending behavior. I get better customer service at the ghetto McDonald's down the street.
