SpringHill Suites by Marriott Peoria

1st, I want to say how AWESOME Lauren at the front desk was!! She was AMAZING and went above & beyond for my family. The hotel itself, not nearly as heat as her. The room we were in had stains all over the old, green carpet, paint peeling, no water pressure in shower. It was just a yucky feeling of dirtiness. The pillows on the bed werent standard size pillows, they were throw pillows from a couch. No bedding in the room for the pullout sofa bed. The pool was closed, for maintenance (I understand this part so Im not complaining, just stating). The only nice things about this hotel were Lauren and the location, right off the interstate (and close to a lot of shopping & restaurants) Walkability: Very close to shopping and restaurants. Can definitely walk to.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in...The whole place is very dirty and extremely worn out..Had to change rooms due to toilet leaking on floor..Carpet, walls, furniture extremely dirty and stained ..The lobby!!! omg..should of left when seeing how disgusting everything looked..Stay away from here..

This is the most disgusting hotel Ive ever stepped foot in. I travel for work so I have seen my share of bad hotels and this one takes the cake. The room smelled horrid and there were stains from animal feces all over the carpet. When I brought it up to staff, she smiled and said theres nothing they can do about the stains. Never in a million years should anyone think this is okay. I am very disappointed with this Marriott. I could not get out of there fast enough. Do not stay here.

Its a Marriott so you dont expect to see the couch basically unusable because of stains. Room would be perfectly fine with a replacement couch and carpet. These hotel rooms need a facelift. For $120 a night more is expected.
