        My experience sucked orders on line to be ready to pick up at 11am with no sour cream food didnt come out till 1115 get back to work to find out there is extra sour cream no since in ordering ahead

        The good - our food was fresh and was prepared quickly, and the staff is friendly. The negative - our order was prepared incorrectly, and this has occurred multiple times recently by both this location and by other locations owned by this franchisee (LucWork). Specifically, for this most recent visit we ordered (on the mobile app) two Stackers with no nacho cheese and added steak and jalapeno sauce. It comes with the three-cheese blend by default, but for our order they left off all of the cheese. We also ordered two 5-layer burritos with no nacho cheese, but they left the nacho cheese on and removed the shredded cheese. Additionally, we ordered Cinnamon twists and the bag was half full.
