        Linda has a very poor attitude. Telephone tough lady. She should not be the one interacting with customers. I refuse to work with her & management won't call you back.

        Linds who works collections has the WORST attitude. My girlfriend had her on speaker phone and I couldnt BELIEVE the way she was taking to a customer!! Smart remarks just nasty rude shouldnt be in any position for customer service. She was absolutely awful

        I know you probably see stories all the time about members, but I have been a part of CEFCU for a long time, and as a disabled person I have never had more helping, caring people, Ellen in the loan department to the people who established a loan to the people who open my savings and checking to the people who help me with my small business thank you Ellen when above and beyond, Whitney on the calls even when I was up sent crying because I was confused they were all so kind thank you.
