After experiencing beyond poor and extremely rude and combative customer service at Sally's Beauty Supply, I will no longer be shopping there. Despite being a loyal customer for 12 years and having purchased items regularly from the store with my credit card without any issues in the past, today the manager refused to accept payment via credit card claiming that it was against policy despite not providing an explanation or evidence of such change even after calling someone on the phone who confirmed yes we can take their credit card to pay and the customer is right. Their was a worker that has been there cashing me out for years that even said I was right. This so called manager had the nastiest attitude and denied me like 20 times until the worker came in and was a witness, even when the worker said yes, I know her she comes here all the time she is correct the manager still put up a fight after me consistently asking for policy and when things changed and why is she denying me service? Then Making me wait for her to make a phone call, the so-called manager was then walked through the steps of how to take the payment. Its crazy that I had to be denied 20 times by her and even had to have another coworker step in and phone calls had to be made just to tell this new manager, that yes, we can take the payment. well, I guess the manager learned something new for the day she should have already knew, and if she didnt know, be willing to listen and understand be polite and get help. I left with my items and will not be back. she pushed my things on the counter with an attitude and walked away while still chatting on the phone!!! with customer service like this from management. I dont know how this place will stay in business

Dont ask for help if you are new to coloring. Blue haired girl said v40 would be fine to do at home . I didnt trust her fully noticing her hair was not the best. I went home & did the research . Its not ! Then she denied being the one who recommended it. Hard core denied like Porsche at the table when they were trying to figure out who said what . Clutched pearls and whaaaaaattt ?! No not me I would never . Girl bye

This whole company is terrible. All area locations have been out of hair spray since March. Pretty lousy beauty supply store doesn't even have hair spray. Stay away employees just fill you with lies. Don't waste your time. Just go to Ultra better products and the staff doesn't look like they just rolled out of bed. Pretty pathetic for a company that is supposedly about beauty.
