I tried to report a workplace accident/patient safety issue involving an elderly resident and Nate Gray would not let me report it. Terrible standards of care, especially for the extremely high price of their "facilities". I would not recommend anyone to place their family members within this facility. Nate Gray was especially disrespectful, unprofessional and unwilling to receive a complaint/safety issue involving patients. How many other safety issues go unreported?

I got stuck in the south Elgin location and it's beyond horrible. The staff is very nice and professional, but the food is horrible and the interior of the building is absolutely disgusting!

I have settled in here at Cornerstone Peoria Heights, IL. for physical therapy after foot reconstruction surgery. The staff has been wonderful 100% of the time. Administrator Laura and DON Jennifer welcomed me upon arrival. Social Services Angela completed my admission paperwork as soon as I arrived. Long-term Dietary Manager Fernando and staff Angi Brittney and Latham hit a home run every time at bat. Breakfast combines fluffy buttery scrambled eggs tender sausage patties crisp smoked bacon oatmeal toast and cereal white and chocolate milk cranberry and orange juice perfect every time. I am on a physician-prescribed diet that has been served correctly every meal period! Hot food is hot and cold food is cold. Portions are consistent and appealing Lunch and Dinner meals have been varied each meal period and day consisting of perfectly braised fork tender roast beef mashed potatoes gravy crisp bias sliced carrots and summer squash stewed tomatoes baked beans peas green bean casserole char-grilled pulled chicken cornmeal breaded fried whole catfish fillets minestrone bbq Mcrib style sandwiches coleslaw potato salad sweet potato fries tossed salad. The nursing staff and CNAs are courteous and always busy providing care to residents. My items were inventoried and all laundry was labeled.
