Everyone was very attentive and helpful in a respectful way. They proved to me that customer service and gratitude/ appreciation exists for their customers. I have always went to Green Chevrolet for all my service needs on the vehicle I purchased from there. I bought 2016 vehicle supposed to have new tires,brakes,and rotors. I was hearing grinding screeching noise since I left the lot. They told me it was because new brakes sometimes do that. I then take it in 10,000 miles later knowing something is wrong. Technician makes me go on a drive to tell him how to do his job. They then find the brand new rotors are worn down and need new pads trying to make me pay for it. I could go on on and on how miserable they are. weasels

I worked with Hannah, which was my first time with her, and she was excellent. Very personable. I brought my car in earlier than my appointment time due to our baby's sleep schedule and without asking her she got my car maintained and completed much earlier than I anticipated. I appreciate her and staff going the extra mile when they did not have to.
