Photos from a local business owner stolen and used without permission to pass off as their own. Will remove review when all of his photos are deleted. Complain to BBB next if not resolved.

Took in an Apple Watch to get the screen repaired as I cracked it. When I took it in the only damage was the screen and the software worked fine. I waited 2 weeks to get it back and almost immediately I noticed the software wasnt working right.i took it back and they supposively went thru it again. Had problems with it daily from shutting down on its own and finally after about a week it completely shut down and wouldnt power back up. After 3 months of waiting and not a single call from them I went in there and they told me they would send it off for repair but in the mean time they offered me a new watch that was scratched up, clearly not new for trade and it was an Apple knock off watch but I had to give them the repair reciept. I told them I wanted to get my money back and was told they didnt have the money to give me back. I asked for my original watch and they said they sent it off. It started last March and its now Almost January with no resolve. I will update when I know more They use knock off parts, make sure you go to a dealer that uses OEM parts!
