        Short version, poor parts department. Went in for a specific part number, they ran my VIN since my car had been serviced there, said the part I was asking for was incorrect, so I ordered the one they said matched my VIN. Part came in, no call. Got the part after I reached out. It was indeed the incorrect part, asked if I could refund and said yes. Did not tell me right away I would be charged a re-stock fee until after she printed all the paperwork off and walking to the register for the refund. I was charged 15 percent for a part they said was correct, and was not. With all the online OEM parts sites, I recommend using those instead of Autohaus of Peoria.

        Found a used truck online, made an appointment to see it same day, met with Mike Carnegie a few minutes before 6:00 PM and a little past 7:00 I drove home in my Toyota Tacoma. Really nice group of folks, very friendly, very helpful.
