        They use key fobs to enter the building and unit and I got there one day after a long flight and suddenly key fob stops working! Im like where do I call?! Theres no phone number, I found a phone number and called at 7 pm (not a crazy time right) waited hours nobody came to help me out to open the unit door so that I can stay where I pay for!! I ended up spending the night at the hotel, so good luck staying at EMR!!!
