Chris and his team at guaranteed rate are just outstanding. Chris was so patient answering all my questions no matter how simple or silly they were. The team communicated with me quickly and clearly and I always knew what to expect. I have used Chris twice now with both homes we have purchased and both experiences were outstanding! My wife and I were first time home buyers and had minimal knowledge on the home buying process and financing. Chris Broadhurst was there for us every step of the way! He took the time to explain things to us, answer questions, and checked in regularly to see if we had any questions or concerns. Chris was always readily available. We looked at going through our local bank for a home loan as well and we ended up feeling like just another number. Chris treated us like people and went above and beyond with his service. Closed on my house in the end of January 2019 and now after I made my August payment It still hasnt been credited to my account, or cleared my bank.I have a confirmation number and an email stating it was being processed but whenever I call about it the automated line says there is no payment information on this account
