        bad customer service here. had an extra charge on my bill. went in bcus customer service line had 45 minute wait. young lady was rude and wouldn't assust me. ssid I had to call customer service line. going to another company first chance I get. been with tmobile almost 20 years.

        Never join their program. It took me four months to no longer have to pay their ridiculous monthly fee. They are dishonest crooks. Sign up for Xfinity. A lot less expensive and better service!!!!!
