        Recall for rear spring issue

        Have always had a good experience, however not this time was told the repair would take approximately 2 hours, .4.5 hours later . With some complaints from me, at the end of visit the service ( Brandon)man, was not at all apologic I had 2 new tires put on after being towed in, I will be considering to go elsewhere for the other 2 next month

        Just oil change that I assume was done right. I talked to Bob Hughes. And he answered many of my questions. Over all it was a good morning.

        Waited a month to get in and another month on parts only to have to settle for a used part because they couldnt source parts. When vehicle was picked up problem still existed and had to be towed back. Still waiting to hear what the issue is.
