After talking with them I knew immediately this was the best tutoring company to get ready for the SAT. The difference was evident from the start! Strongly recommend. They truly know the secrets of the SAT!

Academic Tutoring and its owner, Jim Giovannini, were a godsend when we were looking for support with our children as they were going through the college preparation process.  We had tried other services to help our children prepare for the ACT, yet they were not achieving the results that they wanted.  We started talking about our struggles with Jim, and he suggested a different approach while assuring us that their goals were within reach.  After working with Academic Tutoring I'm happy to report that our children exceeded their expectations with their ACT score and really enjoyed their experience.  Academic Tutoring is very easy to work with, and I would highly recommend them if you and your child are looking for help as you navigate the college testing process.  I'd urge you to start with Academic Tutoring and not waste time with other services as we did.  Their results speak volumes.

My three children have all attended Academic Tutoring over the last four years; they absolutely love the tutors. Sometimes they fight over who gets to go see Ms. Annie or Ms. Marion!  They tend to work on math and reading, catching up and advancing on key academic skills. The office staff, especially the office manager, Brenda, is easy to work with and always tries to accommodate our hectic schedule.  My kids especially love seeing the office mascot, Jake The Corgi!

I heard about the ACT prep course from a friend whose son took the course and did really well.  I live near the WI border so I took the time to bring my son in and "interview" them before committing to the drive and investment.  BOY! I am glad I did!  The owner Jim took the time to talk with us and go over the program.  He was very frank with my son and spoke about what he would need to do also.  He pre-tested at a composite 21.  My son did the whole program and really liked the tutors.  The staff was friendly and made him feel like he mattered.  The good news is when he took the ACT he scored a 27!!  He did the work per the program and it took the "fear" of the test away.  My next son will be taking the prep class this year.  I HIGHLY recommend this program!!  Thanks Academic Tutoring!
