Absolute Tree Removal Pros

Called in morning about a tree that fell in roof. Was confirmed an appointment between 11 and 3 pm. I took off work to wait for them to come. Nobody came or called. I called twice and they kept saying technician didn't respond. I told them I took off and couldn't wait all day and they said then we will cancel appointment. The people in the phone just kept saying they can't do anything about it technician didn't respond. Very unprofessional and badly lacking communication. I would not recommend. Service: Tree removal

The servicemen from this place were super fast in their communications. They were able to come out to give us a quote and complete the work same day! They did an awesome job removing our huge bird of paradise stumps and digging down deep to remove decades of roots! They spent the extra time cleaning up the backyard, even areas that they weren't responsible for. Super pleased with the job and look forward to working with them again.

On May 31 we had a large oak tree fall onto our home during a storm. The Fire Dept would not let us stay in the house until the tree was removed. We called Absolute Tree Removal Pros to come out. The crew came to our house and worked until dark to get the tree off the house. They were back at the house early on April 1 to finish the job. We are very pleased with the way Absolute Tree Removal Pros handled this job. I highly recommend them for any of your tree removal needs. I know I will call them again.

The quote process was fairly easy. I hired Absolute to do a job and they came out to work on it about a week later. One tree to be removed was left with a stump higher than it should have been. The larger tree to be removed was left with a stump that was part of the deal to be removed. The next 40 days were wasted with texts back and forth and excuse after excuse of why this wasn't done yet. I eventually realized this company had no intent of finishing this job and I hired someone else to finish up their mess. I even sent a final text message letting them know I was about to leave a truthful and poor review. I thought maybe there'd be one last effort to try to make this right. No response. Stick with someone more professional, has the proper tools, and cares about getting your job done right and on time.
