I have worked with Nenad Denovich on over 10 occasions and every single time I have come away very impressed by him. He is excellent at what he does, is quite knowledgeable and is able to translate his expertise in a manner that allows others to understand. Nenad is very responsive, never taking very long to get back in touch with answers to any questions. I wish I dealt with more people like Nenad as he is honest, trustworthy and does what he is supposed to do, without being asked to do it. I have referred Nenad to many of my friends, clients and colleagues and they have all been very pleased with him. I hope to work with Nenad on many more transactions in the future.

Nenad Denovich represented the seller of a home purchase. He was not responsive and was dishonest. Through the purchasing process, he didn’t answer phone calls and never actually met me or my real estate agent in person. He simply never showed up. There were issues with the home that he agreed to fix, but nothing was addressed even though he had agreed in writing. From the seller perspective, this agent helped, but this transaction represents the dishonesty of company and this agent. I would be cautious to trust any transactions involving him or this firm.
