This review is specifically for Ralph with daprile properties. He was amazing in getting our condo in Chicago sold within a month of posting it. His attention to detail and attentiveness is unmatched. He was exceptional from start to finish. Besides being a very friendly and knowledgeable person, Ralph is extremely responsive and incredibly helpful with the entire home selling process. He was ridiculously quick to answer phone calls and emails. I am so lucky to have been able to work with him for the sale and I promise you will be very thankful you worked with him, too!! You cannot find a better realtor.

Ryan D'Aprile, CEO of d'aprile properties, is a humble, inspiring, innovative leader. He is generous with his time and energy while at the same time he models devotion to the schedule and habits to which he credits his success. His vulnerability in sharing the hard-earned lessons of his life makes him a relatable resource for his employees. I cannot think of a single colleague of mine that does not consider Ryan a friend. He genuinely wants everyone to enjoy a life well-lived, and consistently coaches his employees on actionable steps to do so. There is no part of my life that hasn't been positively impacted by Ryan's optimism and example. My career, my relationships and my hopes for the future are all richer due to Ryan's investment in me. Perhaps my favorite thing about him, however, is his sense of humor. In sales, they say that "people don't care what you know until they know that you care". For me, I don't care what you know until I know that you're funny. To my great delight and benefit, Ryan seamlessly weaves humor into his coaching sessions to make even the toughest concepts accessible to his audience.
